Replacements

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation--e.g., size, color-- please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We offer an "exchange" option on only certain items.   If the return is not due to 3Point Brand Management’s error (e.g., damaged, defective, lost, etc.) then shipping charges to and from 3Point Brand Management are your responsibility.  Exchange order will be placed after receipt of returned product.

When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchange order. We'll mail your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item.

Damaged Items

Defective Items
If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item). Wrong Items
